I think @Gwen said in a webinaire that we need two copies of the Common Carry document and also two copies of the Baby Deed. Is it correct?

If I understand correctly, Common Carry and Baby Deed are not sent to respondents?

No that is wrong. The father is going to include the Baby Deed documents in his reconveience package. But in envelope number two, it gets mailed separately. So you going to probably need three copies of the baby deed. One to go in Daddy's reconvenance package. And if there is no Daddy then it goes in whatever adult is reconveying package. One to go in envelope number two to be mailed separately and it's own Envelope as part of the envelope number two process. And one for the son or daughter to keep.
I am from Canada, I moved to Australia in 2000 where I had my son and then my son and I moved back to Canada in 2003 where my son has lived ever since. On the baby deed paper am I allowed to fill one out one for him? If so would I add Country (Australia) to the lines where it is asking for "County" and "Province"? I am unsure on what to do here, if someone would be so kind to help 🙂 Thank you 🙂
@danielnorman Yes, Just fill out your paperwork for Terra Canada as instructed, on the Baby deed for your son you would state Australia, "If" your son is over 21 he does his own documents and the baby deed isn't required
@d-wbr0wn Thank you so much, he is over 21 now (23) so he will do his own then 🙂 Thank you for taking the time to reply I appreciate it.
