Good meeting tonight #question regarding what goes into Envelope 1 to me. Here is what is written in the instructions: STEP 6~ review the list of documents required for envelope number one. Go through your originals and make sure that they are in order and match up to the list included at the start of this message. These are the only documents needed in the envelope. (You will have some original pages that will go in a second envelop later. Set the aside for now). MY QUESTION, which original pages are you referring to? I am only focusing on envelope one and the list of documents. Thanks.

#question2 Recording Sheet which goes into envelope one to me. Under Witness Testimony Affirmation the document has listed to include 'Public Notice and Testimony in the Form of an Affidavit'; is this meant to be there? It shows on documents as in envelope #2.

#question3 Recording Sheet document, third list says 'Terra Australis State National Grantee' What should Canada be? 'Terra Canada State National Grantee'?

#question and confirmation: Envelope one is the ORIGINALS (as listed on the recording sheet document) plus there could be others included such as 'Public Notice and Testimony' (optional document). Option #1: The Certified True Copies include documents 1 through 8, a list of respondents, and one of each #9 and #10 (first respondent) . OR Option #2: Do we copy all originals (12 respondents for document #9 and #10)? If the latter, then there are multiple copies of the fee schedule (pages 2-6). Started to think (that's trouble) about what happens when we need to mail a certified true copy to each respondent and each respondent needs to have their name on document #9 and #10. It would really be great to comprehend this before making my copies to be certified. Many many thanks. - EDIT Would it be better to keep the Fee Schedule as a separate document #10b (pages 2-6 in document #10 Notice of Intent), therefore there would only be one copy in the Certified True Copy? But when getting notarized, there are 12 original copies of each document 9, 10, 10b.

OK so by your answer David the document 'Recording Sheet' is incorrect. It should not have listed 'Public Notice and Testimony in the Form of an Affidavit'. True? or False? Thanks

we have it listed as living testimony if the form of an affidavit, it's just a list of the names of the docs in that envelope

So by your answer David, I comprehend that other documents (envelope #2) is notarized at the same time as envelope #1 and those are the originals not to go into envelope #1). True? or False?

Cheryl Millett, [2024-01-16 8:37 PM]
OK I see both names on the list. I am going to remove 'Public Notice and Testimony in the Form of an Affidavit' (as it goes in envelope 2) and just leave the 'Living Testimony in the Form of an Affidavit' on the list. OR perhaps I am mistaken about the recording sheet. Thought this document was to be included on top in Envelope 1 which does not include 'Public Notice and Testimony in the Form of an Affidavit.' If neither, then i am confused. πŸ™‚ It might be easier if we are both looking at the document at the same time.

you may "choose" to do documents for envelope 2 during envelope 1, it's encouraged to get them done at the same time in which case, the mailing to yourself will have docs for env 1 & 2

David Brown, [2024-01-16 8:57 PM]
just read the name of your documents and make a list according to that, the sheet you're looking at it just a guide to follow not do it the very same, as each nationals situation is different there will always be some form of variation

#questions Very clear David, thank you, and thought as much. Having written documents in the past for processes, I wanted to check. So in actuality, one could add this one document to envelope one but not Baby Deed or Gun license - those are in separate envelopes. Would it be ideal to put optional beside this one document listed on document 'recording sheet'? Thinking about the others who will follow in our footsteps. Would it also be ideal to have the 'Recording Sheet' added to the Documents and Instructions website page perhaps top or last position with some instructions? Also 'Recording Sheet' is listed last on the list on document 'Recording Sheet' so we put it at the bottom of the pile or do we put it on the top? I vaguely remember it goes on the top of the pile. Thanks a bunch - i go to sleep pondering these things - notary comes Thursday and I want to do Envelope One right afterwards. πŸ™‚

Ideally you want everything in the first envelope that gets mailed back to you, that way your total package that you don't open comes back and it's all in 1 envelope. but again, intention leads the way. a recording sheet ( template if you will) is coming, I have a lot on my plate right now but yes you will see it added to the documents and instruction pages shortly 😁

Cheryl Millett, [2024-01-17 4:52 AM]
OK David. Intention leads the way. I thought the document was already done (my apologies) as it is listed at the top of Documents Only website page. Very grateful for all the work you and the others have done. Happy to be a second set of eyes as I am making my way through this process.

it's not that it's not done per say but we are always looking for ways to make things clearer as we evolve, thats something that's on the list, we may add a audio file or more instructions type thing, nobody is perfect and things aren't always clear but we can do our best and try to make it as easy a transition as possible 😁

Cheryl Millett, [2024-01-17 6:46 AM]
yes we do our best! perhaps there no such thing as perfect but more of a perspective thing; will await taking copies until i have all the clarity - also went to the Toronto Public Library; their systems have been down for months so photocopy machine is not available plus it doesn't do colour 15 cents/page. Thanks for the library idea may call some libraries out of town. Cheers!
