#Question
I am meeting with Brinn tomorrow for my envelope 1 and envelope 2. If I only have Common Carry and one Baby Deed, can I send both envelope 2 documents at the same time as the envelope? I mean; can I make one shipment rather than two shipments?

1) If you mean send it to Brinn then yes, send all your documents together.

2) If you mean sending it to yourself, then no.
You must first receive back Envelope 1 in your hand and be back on the Land before you can bring forward any of the documents indicated for Envelope 2

It doesn’t matter how large or small envelope 2 is; it requires the separate mailing.

So if you're asking if Brin can execute them at the same time yes he sure can. Then you need to follow the mail out procedure. Because the baby Deeds have to be mailed out in their own envelopes. So when you go to mail out envelope number two you're actually going to have two separate envelopes. You will mail envelope number one to yourself and wait for it to come back. Once it has come back then you're going to mail envelope number two to yourself. And then to reconvey the baby, they're envelope has to be mailed individually with their own registration number. Your document number can be at the bottom of the page. But the mail out has to go individually.
